How much does it cost to list a property with Kensington Realty Group?
What we charge to list your property depends upon a few factors --- (1) the location of the property, (2) the value of the property and (3) how much time it will take on average to sell the property. We will advise you on what commission rate will be most effective in selling your property given the situation. However, the final decision is yours -- choose between one of our three packages -- (1) Premium, (2) Premium Plus, and (3) For Sale By Owner. Customized Commission Structure: Premium Package: Residential Sellers pay a listing commission of 4%. Clients receive all of the services noted above.
Premium Plus Package: Business & Investment Property Owners pay a listing commission of 6%. In addition, single family residences that require additional expertise (i.e. Fixer-Uppers, Luxury Homes, Condos & Vacant Land), pay a listing commission of 6%. Premium Plus clients receive the same services noted above. For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Package: For Sale By Owners' pay a commission of 2%. Once the Seller and the Buyer have agreed to a purchase price, as well as certain terms and conditions, we will execute the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer, open escrow with a title company, schedule inspections, and complete any mandatory disclosure forms.
